Re-Centred Fitness and Well-being is the start of a new fitness and well-being regime.  Currently the fitness industry is leading to a healthier lifestyle and fitter people, but Re-Centred Fitness wants to tap into the rehabilitation market.  Although trained as fitness instructors, and are able to give personal fitness programs to individuals, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation is the new market force.

Clients who have been assessed as being able to be treated by the rehabilitation trainer, are able to be taught better posture, better muscle control and the chance to reduce injuries whilst exercising or for everyday life events.

Re-centred Fitness and Well-being works using Pilates to stabilise core muscles and to teach clients about posture and being strong/flexible.  The rehabilitation side gives clients the information they need to address any minor injuries or ‘niggles’ that they may have from exercising or from normal day to day life.  By conducting postural assessments and gaining knowledge through pre-exercise questionnaires, clients will be able to have programs set up for them for short term relief, medium term relief or for long term relief.
